International Shipping Policy
International shipping is charged at a nominal fee of ₹4,389 for parcels weighing 3–4 kg at the time of placing the order.
Please note that the final shipping cost may vary depending on the actual weight of the parcel at the time of dispatch. Any difference will be communicated to you accordingly.
Custom duties and taxes, if applicable, are determined by your country’s regulations. While we make every effort to keep these charges minimal, all such duties must be borne by the customer.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer shipping across India at a flat fee of ₹349 per order.
International Shipping
International shipping is available worldwide. A nominal shipping fee of ₹4,389 will be charged.
In certain cases, once the parcel is dispatched, any additional shipping charges (if applicable) will need to be borne by the client.
Customs & Duties
Each country has its own customs regulations and duty thresholds. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges must be paid by the client at the time of delivery.
We do our best to declare a reasonable product value to help minimize duties wherever possible.
Shipping Timelines & Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the committed timeline, unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics, customs clearance, or other external factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
No Exchange / Return Policy
We maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare case of a damaged product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order with proper proof (unboxing video/photos), and we will assist you accordingly.

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
